Milena S. Mishev specializes in trademark and copyright law, licensing, and enforcement of the intellectual property rights of many domestic and international companies.

Milena represents clients in intellectual property transactional cases including copyright, trademark, and trade secret matters. She has substantive experience in domestic and international trademark clearance, prosecution, and enforcement.  Milena handles counterfeit, infringement, and customs matters, as well as on-line enforcement efforts in marketplaces, websites, and social media, as well as ex parte and inter partes proceedings before the United States Patent and Trademark Office Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.

Milena holds degrees in the continental and common law systems, which helps her successfully counsel and assist corporate and individual clients from various nationalities and industries to build and strengthen their IP portfolios.

Milena is a member of the bar of the State of New York. She is also licensed to practice law in Bulgaria, a member country of the European Union. Milena resides in Northern New Jersey and enjoys visiting the New York City museums and art galleries, as well as the New York City Ballet.

Dana Robertson is a patent administrator with GTPP and is responsible for U.S. and foreign patent filings, as well as support matters. Dana works closely with GTPP’s attorneys and is available for inquiries concerning file status and related issues. Dana previously worked at the the U.S. Attorneys’ office for the U.S. Government in Midland, Texas.

April Davis is a patent administrator with GTPP and is responsible for U.S. and foreign patent filings, as well as patent docketing issues and litigation support matters. April has worked closely with GTPP’s attorneys for many years, and is available for fielding client inquiries concerning file status and related issues.

Janelle Godin is a patent & trademark paralegal with GTPP.  Janelle provides patent & trademark support to GTPP’s attorneys and other paralegals.

Jennifer Vining is a patent and trademark administrator with GTPP. Her responsibilities include managing U.S. and foreign trademark registrations, managing U.S. and foreign patent filings, as well as support matters. Jennifer works closely with GTPP’s practitioners and is available for client inquiries concerning case status and related issues.

Kristen Reilly is a patent administrator with GTPP.  Kristen provides patent support to GTPP’s attorneys and paralegals.

Molly McClelland is a trademark administrator with GTPP.  Molly provides trademark support to GTPP’s attorneys and paralegals.

Kim Shikrallah is GTPP’s office administrator and is responsible for all aspects of accounts payable, accounts receivable and human resources. Kim is available to answer questions regarding your account with GTPP as well as any billing questions you may have. Kim received her Associate’s Degree in business management from Castle College in Windham, NH.
